How the room works.

Food + catering

No kitchen onsite. Bring in catering, delivery or a food truck; bring the serving gear you need.

Music + AV

Private bookings can use a Spotify playlist. The small stage can support a DJ, band or speeches; Clifford's current booking policy lists an additional fee for live-music/sound setup.

Setup + teardown

Current policy allows setup one hour before the booking, keeps decorations within the reserved area, prohibits confetti, and requires catering/rentals/decorations removed by midnight.

Bar + service

Clifford's regular drink menu remains available, including non-alcoholic options. Smart Serve is enforced. The current booking policy includes a 20% service-team auto-gratuity based on minimum spend or bar tab.

Cancellation

The current policy asks for at least two weeks' notice for a full deposit refund.
