How does free local delivery work?
The current Clifford FAQ says local online orders are delivered Thursdays, qualifying orders are due by 6 PM Wednesday, and the minimum order for free local delivery is $40. It lists eligible Hamilton/Burlington-area postal-code prefixes and notes some L0R locations may incur a fee.
Where do you ship?
The current FAQ says online alcohol orders ship within Southern Ontario and not outside Ontario. It currently lists weight-rate shipping and says shipments usually leave the brewery in 3–5 days.
Can I pick up an online order?
Online pickup is currently disabled. The retail store is open during brewery hours for in-person purchase.
Do you have food?
No kitchen. Bring your own food or have something delivered, and please clean up after yourself.
Do you take reservations?
Regular seating is first come, first served. Larger groups should use the event-booking process.
Can I book a private event?
Yes. Use the booking page to prepare an inquiry for the taproom team.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes, according to Clifford's public FAQ. Dogs should remain on leash.
Do you fill growlers?
Yes. Bring a properly cleaned growler, or buy a 32 oz or 64 oz growler at the brewery. Fill price depends on beer and size.
Can we arrive by bus?
Bus tours should contact Clifford in advance because a reservation is required.
How many beers are on tap?
The brewery describes 12 rotating in-house taps. Static tap lists age quickly, so the bar is the final authority for what is pouring now.
Do you serve anything besides beer?
The current FAQ lists wine, cider, seltzer, canned RTDs and non-alcoholic options.
Where else can I find Clifford beer?
Core brands may appear at LCBO, The Beer Store and grocery locations; current listings should be checked with the retailer.
Can I buy a keg?
Yes, subject to weekly availability. See Kegs + Trade.
When is live music?
Friday and Saturday nights are common, with Sunday matinees and special events. See What's On for the current event feed.
Do you have a patio?
Yes, seasonally. Clifford's FAQ says it typically opens near the beginning of May.
